My client are a leading global children's entertainment company that creates, designs, manufactures, licenses and markets a diversified portfolio of innovative toys, games, products and entertainment properties.

As Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe you will act as a regional market resource within the larger global talent COE. Your primary objective is to be a specialist on the external talent market across the region and be responsible for working with the hiring managers client base, regional/local HR and the global talent teams to deliver on Talent Acquisition targets.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Global TA Process
  • Systems – Workday / Background Screening & Psychometric testing
  • Global Talent team commitments
  • Regional Obligations


Ideally, you will have:

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive recruitment experience
  • Experience with global campus programs
  • You will have led social media recruitment initiatives for other organization’s and have a firm grasp of social marketing to all demographics
  • Solid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislation across multiple European countries
  • Creative out of the box thinker to come up with innovative recruitment solutions
  • Strong leadership skills to manage in house and 3rd party resources
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and set expectations for recruiting deliverables
  • The ideal candidate will have a good mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience
  • Must be able to implement low cost recruiting initiatives to drive a high calibre talent pipeline
  • A strong process orientation to help drive new programs
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing business
